Idle Party Clicker · made by Gimma · last updated 30 September 2026
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no account with us.
- Your progress is saved on your device.
- When you first open the game, Google asks whether you want to sign in with Google Play Games. That is optional: it keeps a copy of your progress in your own Google account. You can say no, and sign in or out later in the game's Settings.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- We, Gimma, receive no personal data from the game.

1. Who we are
Idle Party Clicker (on Google Play: net.gimma.idlepartyclicker) is made by Gimma
("we", "us"). For any question about privacy, e-mail
customersupport@gimma.net.
2. What the game stores on your device
These stay on your phone and are never sent to us:
- Your saved game: progress, settings and the items you own.
- Saved copies: before anything replaces your save (for example Hard reset, an import or loading a cloud save), the game keeps a copy under Settings → Saved copies, so it can be undone.
- A record of your purchases: product, order number and date, so bought items come back if the save is ever lost.
- If you use Google Play Games: your Play Games player ID and when the game last synced, so it knows which cloud save is yours.
All of this is removed when you clear the game's data or uninstall it. Android may also include the game's data in your personal device backup to your Google account (Android Auto Backup), so it can return when you reinstall. Google handles that backup under Google's privacy policy, and you control it in your phone's backup settings.
3. Google Play Games (sign-in and cloud save)
The first time you open the game, Google's own Play Games sign-in appears. If you already use Play Games on your phone, Google may sign you in automatically and show a short "welcome back" message. Signing in is optional: the whole game works without it. If you close the sign-in, the game does not ask again; you can sign in later under Settings → Account.
When you are signed in:
- The game stores a copy of your saved game, plus your purchase records (product, order number, date), in your own Google account (Play Games "Saved Games"). This keeps your progress safe and lets you continue on another phone.
- The game shows your Play Games name.
- Google's Play Games software collects its own data to run the service: your Play Games player ID and name, and diagnostic data about the service. See Google's list: what Play Games collects.
We do not receive any of this. It stays between you and Google, under Google's privacy policy.
Signing out (Settings → Account → Sign out) stops syncing on that device; nothing is deleted. To switch Google account, use the Play Games app. You can see and delete your Play Games data, including the cloud save, in your Play Games profile or your Google account.
4. Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases: Gems, a one-time Supporter Pack, and cosmetic hero skins and auras. Every purchase goes straight through the store; no other company is involved and we never see your payment details.
| Where you play | Who handles the payment | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Android | Google Play | Your payment and your Google account, as with any Play purchase (Google's privacy policy) |
| iPhone and iPad (coming soon) | Apple's App Store | Your payment and your Apple account, as with any App Store purchase (Apple's privacy policy) |
The browser and desktop versions sell nothing for real money. If that changes, this page is updated before that version is released.
The store tells the game which items you own, so they can be delivered and restored. The game keeps the order number with the item (on your device and, if you use Play Games, in your cloud save), so each purchase is delivered exactly once and comes back if your save is lost.
From the store we receive sales reports: order number, product, country, date and amount, without your name or contact details. We keep these because tax law requires it.
5. What we do not collect
- No account with us: no name, e-mail address or password.
- No advertising, no advertising ID, and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics or crash reporting of our own.
- No location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera access.
- No payment details: those stay with the store.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. The game itself collects no personal information from anyone. For what Google handles when a player chooses to sign in to Play Games, see section 3; Google applies its own rules for children's accounts (for example Family Link).
7. Legal basis and how long data is kept
- Sales reports are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
- Your saved game and purchase record on your device are kept until you clear the game's data or uninstall it.
- Your cloud save is kept in your Google account until you delete it (see section 9).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Since the game sends us no personal data, the only thing we could hold is an anonymous sales report. For any question, e-mail customersupport@gimma.net; we answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Deleting your data
This section is for Idle Party Clicker. There is no account with us to delete: the game never creates one.
- Your progress on your phone: clear the game's data (Android Settings → Apps → Idle Party Clicker → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the game. This also removes the saved copies and the purchase record on that phone.
- Your cloud save (only if you signed in to Play Games): delete it in your Play Games profile, or delete the game's Play Games data in your Google account.
- Your Android device backup: manage or delete it in your Google account's backup settings.
- Your purchases belong to your Google Play (or Apple) account, not to us. Manage them in that account; for a refund, use the store's refund process.
- What we keep: anonymous sales reports that tax law requires us to keep for 7 years. They contain no name or contact details and are used for nothing else.
- Questions or requests: e-mail customersupport@gimma.net with the subject "Delete my data"; we answer within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes what it collects (for example, if ads were added), this page is updated before that version is released, and the date at the top changes.
