Gold Rusher: Claw Mine – Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the mobile game Gold Rusher: Claw Mine ("the game", "we", "us"), made by Gimma, handles information. It applies to the Android app on Google Play.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The game has no accounts of its own, no chat and no way to upload content, and we do not have servers that receive data from the game. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and handled by Google (see section 4).
Your saved game (money, Star Gems, upgrades, unlocked levels, treasures found, achievements, play time and settings) is stored on your device, together with a list of your in-app purchases: for each purchase the Google Play order number, which pack it was, the gems and in-game cash it gave and when. The game keeps this list so a purchase is never delivered twice and is never lost, even if you reset your progress. To protect against a damaged or accidentally replaced save, the game also keeps a few spare copies of your save on the device (at most 10), which you can restore in Settings › Save backups.
If you sign in to Google Play Games, a copy of your save (including the purchase list) is also kept in your Google Play Games account (Saved Games), so you can continue on another phone and don't lose progress or purchases (see section 4). Android may include the save in your own device backup if you have backups turned on; that backup is managed by Google under your Google account.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game offers optional rewarded video ads, for example to earn 30% more cash after a level or to earn free Star Gems. Ads are only shown when you choose to watch one. The ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
- your approximate location, derived from your IP address,
- information about the ads you see and tap, and crash logs and diagnostic information about the ad service.
Google uses this to show and measure ads, for analytics about the ad service, to limit how often you see the same ad and to prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the game first asks for your consent using Google's consent form, and you can choose non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. In-app purchases (Google Play)
Star Gem packs and the one-time Starter Kit are optional. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play: we never see or store your payment details, and prices and taxes are shown by Google Play. The game only receives a confirmation from Google Play that a purchase was completed (the product and its order number), adds the Star Gems or in-game cash to your saved game, and records the order number in your save as described in section 1. A payment that is still pending (for example cash paid at a shop) is only delivered once Google Play confirms it. If you reinstall the game or move to a new phone, Google Play tells the game you own the Starter Kit so it can be given back. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles payment information.
4. Leaderboards and cloud save (Google Play Games)
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional; the game works the same without it. The first time you start the game on a device, it offers Google's Play Games sign-in once; you can cancel it, and it won't ask again. You can sign in later at any time in Settings or on the Leaderboards screen, and Android signs you in automatically if you already use Play Games on your phone. If you sign in, the game sends Google Play Games your scores (your deepest level and your biggest haul in a single level) and a copy of your saved game (see section 1), which Google stores in your Play Games account as a Saved Game. Google links them to your Play Games profile, which has your Play Games player ID and gamer name. You can sign Gold Rusher out of Play Games any time in the game's Settings; it then stops sending scores and backing up your save. Depending on your Play Games settings, other players may see your gamer name, avatar and scores on the leaderboards. We don't receive your Google account details or your email address. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles Play Games data.

All data sent by these services is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Watching ads, buying Star Gems and signing in to Google Play Games are always optional.
- You can reset your progress in the game (Settings › Reset save; purchases are kept), or delete all game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game.
- You can control ad personalization in your device settings and through the consent form where it is shown.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we don't hold personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best made to Google; we're happy to help you with that.
8. Deleting your data from Gold Rusher: Claw Mine
Gold Rusher: Claw Mine has no accounts of its own, and we don't store your data on our own servers. Your data can be deleted in these ways:
- Game progress on your device: clear the app's storage or uninstall it (Android Settings › Apps › Gold Rusher). This deletes your save, its spare copies and your purchase list from the phone right away. Settings › Reset save in the game starts over too, but keeps your purchases (and spare copies you can restore in Settings › Save backups).
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings › Google › Ads. Ad data held by Google is handled under Google's privacy policy.
- Leaderboards and cloud save (Google Play Games): in the Google Play Games app, open your profile and its settings to delete the Play Games data for this game or your whole Play Games profile. This removes your scores from the leaderboards and the copy of your save in your Play Games account.
- Anything else: email customersupport@gimma.net with the subject "Delete my Gold Rusher data". We reply within 30 days and help you with any request to Google.
What is kept: records of real-money purchases stay with Google Play, which needs them for payments, refunds and the law (see your Google Play order history). Settings › Reset save keeps the Star Gems you bought; uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes them from the device.
9. Security
The game only communicates with Google's ad, payment and Play Games services over encrypted connections. Your save is stored on your device (and, if you sign in, in your Google Play Games account, protected by your Google account), so keeping your device and Google account secure protects your progress.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above, and for important changes we'll mention it in the game's release notes.
